Return & Refund Policy
At Fashion Gram, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

The return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
Note: As Fashion Gram operates via dropshipping with Dropship India, any issue related to the product (damage, defect, wrong item) originates from the supplier. Returns or replacements will be handled in coordination with Dropship India.
Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items purchased during sale or discount offers

Innerwear, accessories, or hygiene-related products (if applicable)

Products damaged due to improper handling or use
3. Return Process

Clear images or videos of the product showing the issue

Reason for return
Our team will coordinate with Dropship India to process your return or replacement. You will receive confirmation and next steps within 2–3 business days.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected by Dropship India, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our or Dropship India’s error.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date. We will coordinate with Dropship India to resolve the issue.
